Data security is central to everything we do. At Delaware KPO IT LLC, we follow a strict confidentiality policy backed by signed NDAs, controlled data access, and encrypted file exchange.

1. Non-Disclosure Agreements

Before any client files or firm data are shared, we execute a confidentiality / NDA agreement. Your clients’ information remains private and is used only to perform the agreed services.

2. Encrypted File Exchange

We use secure, encrypted channels for document upload and delivery. We do not request sensitive files through unsecured channels when a secure portal option is available.

3. Access Control

Access to engagement data is limited to team members assigned to your work. We apply need-to-know access principles and revoke access when an engagement ends.

4. Professional Handling Standards

5. Your Clients’ Privacy
