Delaware KPO IT LLC provides bookkeeping, U.S. tax preparation support, and related accounting outsourcing services exclusively for CPA firms, enrolled agents, and accounting professionals. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a written engagement or proposal.

2. Professional Responsibility

We prepare work for your firm’s review. Final review, signing, and filing responsibilities remain with your licensed professionals unless otherwise agreed in writing. Our workpapers are intended to support your firm’s quality control process.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide complete and accurate source documents
• Respond to information requests in a timely manner
• Ensure you have authority to share client data with us under applicable rules
• Review deliverables before filing or relying on them

4. Confidentiality

Confidentiality obligations are addressed in our NDA and Confidentiality & Data Security policy. Both parties agree to protect non-public information exchanged during an engagement.

5. Fees & Payment

Fees are based on agreed scope, complexity, and volume. Payment terms will be stated in your proposal or invoice. Work may be paused if invoices remain unpaid beyond agreed terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delaware KPO IT LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Aggregate liability related to an engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement, except where prohibited by law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as specified in the engagement agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees for work performed through the effective date.
